Whereas you have labored long and faithfully in service to
our Barony of Loch Soilleir, we are now minded to bestow upon you the Order of
the Serpent’s Toils. We at this time grant you such rights and charge you with
such responsibilities as befit this rank, and as may be found in the Charter of
the Order, the Laws of the Realm, and the customs of gentle conduct.
