Let it be known to all that
we (name of Sovereign), King (Queen) by right of arms of the Middle Kingdom,
and (name of Consort), our Queen (King), right mindful of the dramatic deeds
and skills that (name of group) hath displayed upon the field of battle,
especially (reason of award), are mindful to bestow upon them the Award of the
Dragon's Teeth. We bestow upon them all rights and responsibilities thereto
appertaining, and the right to bear the banner: Argent, on a dance between two
broken dragon's teeth vert another argent, without let or hindrance from any
person.
