Unto all to whom these
presents come know that we (name of Sovereign), King (Queen) by right of arms of
the Middle Kingdom, and (name of Consort), our Queen (King) send greetings. As we
know that the treasure of a kingdom lies in its future leaders, so do we know
that such a treasure is before us in the person of (name of recipient) and in
recognition of his/her good service to the Middle Kingdom it is fitting that we
honor (name of recipient) by naming him/her a Dragon’s Treasure. As he/she has adorned
the crown of the Middle Kingdom until now, so shall he/she continue to do so in
